Data processed and purpose
When an enquiry is submitted, we process the name, the contact chosen by the visitor for a response, the comment and the selected painting parameters. The purpose is to answer the enquiry and discuss the order. The MVP does not use marketing mailings, advertising or transfer contacts to third parties. Analytics is described below and is enabled only after separate consent.
Basis, operations and retention
Data is processed after separate consent beside the form: collection, recording, organisation, storage and use for a response. Data is retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, or until an earlier deletion request, unless further retention is required by law.
Rights and end of processing
A visitor may request information, correction or deletion of data, or withdraw consent through the form on the Contact page. Processing ends when the purpose is achieved, the retention period expires or such a request is received, unless there is a lawful basis for further retention.
Cookies
Necessary technical cookies are used for the site to work. Only after consent, Yandex Metrika is loaded: it receives technical visit, device, browser and on-site action information to compile statistics and improve the site, not for marketing. Cookie settings can be changed through the footer link.
